STEP 1 - PROJECT INTERVIEW
Share your vision, or simply tell us about your business. We ask questions to determine the entire scope of your project, guiding you to consider the full capabilities of the web and what it can do for your business. We also discuss budgetary requirements and desired launch date.STEP 2 - SITE PLAN
We formulate a site plan and prepare a detailed estimate outlining the features, functions and fees for your new website. Together we review the plan and production schedule and revise where needed. Contracts are signed and deposit is received.STEP 3 - DESIGN
We begin by gathering and organizing your site content (company logo, text, photos, illustrations, video, etc.). Next we create your site architecture and design. You will have the opportunity to review your site design in various stages. It is at this stage your domain name is registered and site hosting is set up.STEP 4 - PROGRAMMING
Site functions are programmed and thoroughly tested on various platforms with the most commonly-used web browsers. You will review your site for accuracy at this time. Remaining balance due prior to site launch.STEP 5 - LAUNCH
The big day when your new or new-and-improved website will launch into the world wide web!STEP 6 - MAINTENANCE
Manage annual site hosting, and domain name registration, updating existing site content and other client requests.PRICING
You get a big bang for your buck working with The Code Crew. Because we choose to keep a healthy balance between work and family, and aren't looking to build an empire, our fees won't break the bank. What's most important to us is to take on interesting projects with fun clients, where our work really makes a difference!TERMS
For new projects a 30 to 50 percent deposit is required to begin production. Projects extending over 30 days may require additional payment(s) at different stages of production. All remaining fees are due prior to site launch.Hosting services are generally invoiced annually, in advance. Clients requiring on-going website work are invoiced monthly.
